// 01_ABOUT
ASPIRING NETWORK ENGINEER
I am a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) Computer Networks student at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) with a strong passion for computer networking, network infrastructure, and enterprise network management. I have a keen interest in designing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance connectivity.
Throughout my studies, I have gained hands-on experience through academic projects involving Cisco routing and switching, VLAN implementation, TCP/IP networking, subnetting, Active Directory, Windows Server administration, DHCP, DNS, and network security. These projects have strengthened my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills while providing practical exposure to real-world networking environments.
I am a fast learner, highly motivated, and eager to continuously expand my technical expertise through practical experience and professional development. I am seeking an internship opportunity where I can apply my networking knowledge, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the organisation's network operations while developing into a skilled Network Engineer.
// 02_SKILLS
Technical expertise, measured like signal bars — the fuller they are, the stronger the signal.
// 03_SERVICES
Planning scalable network topologies — from small offices to multi-site infrastructure.
Configuring firewalls, VPNs, segmentation and access control to reduce the attack surface.
Connecting on-premise infrastructure to the cloud with VPCs, VPN gateways and hybrid connectivity.
Setting up proactive monitoring (SNMP/Zabbix/PRTG) so problems are caught before they become downtime.
// 04_PROJECTS
Migrated a flat network to segmented VLANs for 500+ users, cutting broadcast traffic by 60%.
Completed a practical lab configuring wireless networks by implementing a Basic Service Set (BSS) and an Extended Service Set (ESS). Gained hands-on experience in access point setup, client access and coverage optimisation.
A Python-based digital forensics tool (ITT593) that detects hidden data in digital images using LSB, entropy and chi-square analysis — complete with chain of custody and PDF reporting.
Automated Access Control List (ACL) deployment across 3 Cisco routers (R1–R3) using Python + Netmiko over SSH, enforcing access control between 6 departmental subnets (HR, IT, Operator, S&M, Server, Guest) on least-privilege principles — verified with ping & HTTP tests inside a GNS3 simulation.
Set up Zabbix for real-time monitoring of uptime, latency and bandwidth across every branch.
A wireless war-walk site survey around the UiTM campus using NetSpot and Acrylic Wi-Fi to analyse coverage (heatmaps), congestion, channel overlap, roaming between access points, and Wi-Fi/hotspot channel distribution for optimum coverage.
